This was one of the most unprofessional interview processes I’ve experienced in my career.
Multiple interviewers either showed up significantly late or didn’t show up at all — in some cases, entire rounds were missed with no explanation or follow-up. Communication throughout was poor, and the entire process felt disorganized and disrespectful of the candidate’s time.
In one of the Data Structures rounds, not only was the interviewer late, but they repeatedly asked me to change my solutions without clear justification. For example, when I used a max heap, I was told to try something else. When I used a monotonic stack for another problem, they dismissed it and asked for a different approach again — without any real feedback on why. This back-and-forth, paired with the time pressure of having another interview scheduled immediately after, created an unnecessarily stressful environment. And to top it off, the next interviewer never showed up.
I expected a much higher standard of professionalism from a company of this reputation. Unfortunately, the experience left a strongly negative impression.
