I think they need to ramp up Interviewing process drastically.
Got hunted by recruiter at Linked, fixed a schedule but didn't received a call. I had to ask them if she missed out schedule, which apparently it seems so. After another round of schedule, finally we made to screening call and it was like 5 minutes call.
Anyways, got out from first round and one of the question is really challenging. Its something called "Partition Problem". I solved first question is like 5 minutes and then recruiter throw another question.
Here is the catch, these recruiter are pretty much dumb people it seems. As soon as he launched second question, I knew its a "Partition Problem", which is NP-Hard and is solved by famous Mathematician "Ramanuyan". I told him, but that dude havn't heard of "Partisan Problem" or "Ramanuyan". I was like really?
Anyways, only way to solve the problem is if you knew the question beforehand, using DP approach which of course I couldn't and I am out.
Shameful part is I have to follow up with recruiter for like a month to get the feedback

4. Median of Two Sorted Arrays
They said it's a 1:15-minute interview, but I finished in 40 mins. Starting with my previous work experience and projects, they asked 3 cultural questions and 3 coding questions, and I asked them 2 questions about the role, and I finished it.
