Weird and confusing experience. I came to interview encouraged by recruiter's paeans on linkedin, I was promised to get some feedback in 2-3 days, then got just "no" without a word after a month and half. Shortly thereafter I got invited again, and again got a curt refusal after more than a month, and few follow up e-mails. And then another recruiter contacted me (this time looking for software engineer). Summing up, I see much room for improvement in making up your mind whether you want to hire somebody or no, making only promises you are going to keep or putting any kind of information into emails you send. As for the interviews themselves were rather nice and "seemed" easier than any other interviews I have had.
