The interview process was overall well structured and fairly smooth. It began with an initial screening conversation that focused on my background and interest in the role. After that, I moved on to more in depth interviews where we discussed my past experiences, problem solving approach, and how I think through real business situations. Some questions were behavioral, while others were more analytical and tested how I would respond under pressure.
2 back to back 45min super day interviews. 1/3 behavioral questions and rest of time on technical questions covering math and coding. Different interviewers have different focus, one of my interview's technical question was purely focused on algorithms. The other one asked some typical quant math questions and one coding following.
3 back to back interview with VP/ED/MD. Interviews are fine, no hard questions. They wanna find people with good vibes.
Group interview and writing case. very intense. Need to be proactive and collaborative at the same time.

Question 1
What's your biggest weakness or area of improvement?
Hi! I only did the virtual interview/HireVue but the questions consist of basic behavioral questions (i.e. working on a team, conflict resolution, leadership, over coming problems/obstacles, etc.). STAR method is a great way to answer all the questions.
