Strategic manager questions 3 x questions per interview and then three role
Plays with some random questions thrown in to best support the development of the account manager program to level as a manger and be able to do the role

Pretty standard interview process, not a lot of enthusiasm for the company from staff. Lots of praise for the company though. Benefits package seems industry standard too, if a little on the low side.
