Interview
First interview was over the phone and asked about each of your relevant job experiences and the skills that you learned from those positions. Also asked various behavioral questions that dictate how you would work in a team. Second interview is a panel interview.

Interview
On campus interview. 2 steps, takes 2 weeks. 1 on campus 45 mins interview, with only one behavior question about CV, and problem solving, market view, and some option questions. Super-day has two rounds - morning in jersey city, having lunch, and half of candidates selected for afternoon final round in New York office. The morning interview is great - behavior and market view and questions about risks model. The afternoon interview is harsh and hard, question about option pricing model, short put option, European Economy: its risk and causes.
