Was very straightforward, asked questions about my history and background. Asked my strengths and weaknesses, my experience as a Support Rep elsewhere. It was very informal and the workplace is very relaxed. Was provided an offer on the spot. I wore formal attire, but as mentioned the workplace is fairly laid back.
