The interview process is pretty straightforward. You’ll meet with members of the management team, and the conversations are mostly focused on your career journey and experience. They’ll ask some scenario-based questions to get a sense of how you think through situations and solve problems. It’s more of a two-way conversation than a formal Q&A—they just want to understand how you work and if it’s a good fit on both sides. After going through the entire interview process and coming to an agreement on the CTC and joining date, they completely ghosted me. No communication, no follow-up—nothing. It was extremely unprofessional, especially after everything seemed finalized. Definitely not what you'd expect after such an involved process.

Very bad experience interviewing with them. The Chief level guys kind of interview for time pass it looks like, they tend to criticise candidates and keep repeating the same question.
