I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GoGuardian (El Segundo, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
1) over the phone spoke with a recruiter
2) over the phone technical screening with easy/medium Leetcode questions
3) ONSITE: 4 back to back interviews with white boarding.
Know common data structures and algorithms and some system design questions and SQL.
My general application info: basic projects, some agile work experience, CSU Northridge student, and 50-100 questions on leetcode for practice.
Overall, I can’t complain it was a great experience. Very friendly and positive throughout all the interviews. Great office. Great products. All day catering! Highly recommend applying.
Waiting time between each interview was about a couple days for scheduling.
Close to a week and I’m still waiting to hear back if an offer will be extended but “fingers crossed”.

General data structure and framework knowledge. Know SQL as well.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GoGuardian (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
They have kinda unprofessional recruiting practices. After the interview, there was no communication to let you know that you can move forward or not. I even emailed recruiter but got no response at all. Don’t bother applying for this company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at GoGuardian in Jan 2015
Interview
The experience was rather slow, as they do not have a dedicated HR department that I'm aware of. Because of this getting feedback from was a slow and lengthy process. The interviews themselves were rather straightforward and enjoyable however, and the interviewers were a pleasure to talk to.
