- panel soft skills
- senior manager
Período de respuesta tras cada fase entre 1 día a 1 semana hábil, dependiendo del caso. Comunicación por email. Llamadas por google meet, de 30 min máximos.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at GoFundMe (Austin, TX) in May 2026
Interview
Initial interview in the application required video responses to questions. This may seem innocent but it is a clear method for eliminating people based on race, age, disability, neurodiversity or other characteristics.

Question 1
They always ask about volunteering experience. Video: Please record a short video answering the prompt below and include a shareable link (e.g., Loom, Google Drive, or similar): Prompt: Tell us who you are, why you’re excited to help nonprofits win with GoFundMe Pro, and why you’d crush it as a Mid-Market Account Executive. Bring your energy—we’re looking for strong storytellers who can connect, inspire, and sell.
The interview was underwhelming. The interviewer joined late and made very little effort to build rapport or engage in a genuine conversation. The questions felt generic and scripted, and there was almost no follow-up based on my responses. It gave the impression that the interview was being checked off rather than conducted with real interest. What stood out most was that her part of the interview seemed effectively finished within 15 minutes, which made the process feel rushed, flat, and impersonal. Overall, it was a disappointing candidate experience.
