It was a simple and smooth process consisting of the below:
1 - Initial phone call to set up live meeting on zoom
2 - Meeting on Zoom with someone from sales
3 - Meeting on Zoom with someone from HR
The process took two days, they were extremely fast, professional and efficient. They set up everything like emails, macbooks, flights, contracts etc within 2 days and it was very impressive.
I only turned it down because I unexpectedly got a much higher offer from a Fortune 100 company.
I'll also mention some perks of the company here which they dont usually mention when advertising:
- The HR people and the employees seem extremely nice! Even online I experienced a very professional and efficient environment. I was usually the one slowing them down and they were constantly on top of everything
- They give Macbooks (or windows laptops)
- They have free coffee (and i think snacks/stocked Kitchen as well)
- Brand new office in the city
- Paid comprehensive two weeks training in Brisbane
- HR team seem to be absolutely legendary and super nice!
Kind of a shame I didn't get a chance to work there but the alternative offer was a once in a life time for someone at my stage so I couldn't refuse it
