The interview process was standard from my experience. The first round was a phone interview with the Chief Scientific Officer. The second round was on-site and required a presentation of relevant past experiences. During the on-site interview, I had 1-on-1 interviews with the entire team. A decision was made after 2 rounds of interviews.
