The whole interview was a big joke. For me, this is the kind of boss you should avoid.

Highly dangerous even to apply here. The CEO took the interview and asked about every possible personal questions and she said she can‘t pay my expected salary so we both were clear that there will not be any positive decision at the end of the interview itself.
And the worst thing is she called and intentionally informed my current employer that am looking for new jobs in order to spoil my career.
Highly dangerous !!

Nothing organized. You will receive some task and you need to submit it.
Long interview by skype.
The CEO will directly have the interview with you and would ask you about family information, such as what's your father jobs, what's your mother jobs and so on
Even ceo ask you about your partners.
This is insane.
