I applied online, they replied very quick but with an one-way interview where they asked me to answer questions with a video with Spark Hire.
I honestly didn't like it or comfortable. It may be a new way to interview people but it is not effective imo because there is no human contact. Face to face or phone interview, you can evaluate how the person communicate with an ACUTAL PERSON. I am here to interview for a job where I work with people not an audition for a voice acting career.
Overall, I prefer if the HR can spend like 5 min with me over the phone instead of asking for a video.
Introduction call first, then subsequent calls with the team and recruiting manager, which involved questions about your experience, products you have worked on and built, metrics, and other topics. Why you want to work here.

Interview
I went through a couple of rounds, starting with the Talent Acquisition Associate and then with the Project Management Director. I was completely ghosted and have never received any responses after that, even though I followed up a few times with the Talent Acquisition person. Horrible experience.

The interview prices was fair and balanced. There were two phases and one invited a group of people from the team the job was on. It gave an opportunity to ask targeted questions to individual contributors instead of just leadership.
