Submitted resume through company website. I was called for an onsite interview after speaking with recruiter. Met with manager and 3 developers on site. Rather a waste of time as they stated job skill requirements for technologies they don't use, e.g. J2EE, and focused on technologies they listed as optional.

They asked few specific technical questions. How do you handle production issues? They focused on skills that were listed as "optional" in the Job description - these were clearly "required" in their view. Listed J2EE as a requirement, even though they told me they don't use this technology.

Interview
2 rounds after HR screening. The first involved a rigorous 90-minute technical assessment conducted by four team members followed by an on-site interview with the Department Director. While the interactions during the interviews were positive, subsequent to the final interview, despite assurances of communication, I did not receive any updates. My attempts to reach out to HR and the hiring manager via email yielded no response. This lack of follow-up is disappointing and reflects a deficiency in professionalism.

Phone interview with manager 30 minutes, Technical Phone Screen 1 hr with 2 employees, Onsite panel interview for 2 hours with different groups. Everyone was very nice, definitely wanted the job and disappointed that I didn't get it.
