I recently went through an intensive interview process with GloBird. The assessment was divided into four parts: an individual interview, a group discussion and pitch, a written test, and a technical interview. The entire session lasted about three hours non-stop.
The process was well-structured and tested a wide range of skills, from communication and teamwork to technical knowledge and problem-solving under pressure. It was challenging but also engaging, and gave me a good sense of the company’s high standards.
One key takeaway is that candidates should prepare not only for technical and role-specific questions, but also for demonstrating their ability to collaborate, pitch ideas, and think critically about the energy industry. Understanding GloBird’s company culture and industry context would definitely be an advantage.
Overall, I found the interview experience intense but rewarding, and it provided a clear picture of the type of talent and mindset GloBird is looking for.

Interview
There are three to four interviewers conducting interviews with the candidates. They are very kind, and the questions they ask are quite common. However, this position entails interacting with numerous customers and handling a high volume of phone calls daily, necessitating candidates to possess ample patience.
