Informal CAD assessment with Fusion 360 followed by discussion of the methodology. Asked about the design process including room for future design revisions after technical feedback.

Applied on LinkedIn, profile & resume selected and I had my Phone Interview by the President & the CEO to be set for the next week. Upon selection, I visited GlistCo office the next week for an in-person interview.

Interview
First interview was a really short phone call like 7 mins. I got asked why I applied and what was one project I was proud of. Felt super rushed.
Second Interview was in person ~25 minutes and I got asked about experiences on my resume. Ghosted after this round for so long til finally 3 weeks later a rejection.
