Interview
Very long process and many hours of interviews and exercises. It’s beneficial to meet a lot of different people, but hard to manage while also balancing a workload and day.
The interview process felt standard and well structured, with clear expectations at each stage, thoughtful questions, timely communication, and consistently courteous interactions with everyone I met throughout the entire process.
