Started with a telephone interview to discuss my experience. Progressed to a face to face where HR reviewed my resume one employer at a time to discuss my experience and reason for leaving. The remainder of the interview relied heavily if not entirely on behavioural questions. First interview included top manager, team lead and HR. Second interview included same top manager, team leader and one senior coworker.

initial phone interview was with the agency representative, then hiring manager, then supervisor and all were by team meeting online. All company representatives were very professional and very considerate of my time and asked relevant questions to the position
