I recently went through the application process at Gleim, which consisted of three steps. The initial phase involved two tests. The first test focused on the backend (PHP, OOPS, and SOAP), while the second test covered front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, and jQuery). Overall, the tests were relatively easy, but I did notice that quite a lot of the questions were left unfinished, which made it a bit confusing. The second step involved a quality control test, which was supervised by a Gleim employee. This test primarily assessed attention to detail and did not include any technical components. After a few weeks, I was invited for an online behavioral interview, which delved into my personal and professional attributes.
