I applied online. I interviewed at Glaser Energy Group (Colorado Springs, CO) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was me and one other manager, it was very casual and relaxing. I basically submitted a application and kept calling until he finally would see me. Chris Glaser told the history of the family business and went into great detail of the business workings and expectations. I was advised it is a hard place to get in but once there you don't want to leave and he was right. the turn over at Glaser is very minimal and most have been there 15 years or longer. The only thing that was difficult was he did not want to pay me what I was asking, but after 60 days I got over a two dollar raise, and got a bonus before Christmas.

Did I have any experience delivering propane, I said no. one thing to make sure of when applying at Glaser is to be honest! Glaser's want someone with good work ethic and honesty. Integrity is the key in the interview room. My only experience was I had a Class A CDL with haz-mat, I worked for Halliburton Energy Services where I drove 18 wheelers and 60 ton cranes.
