Interview
I received a 5.5 hours online assessment as the first step. This was before even talking with anyone from the company. I proceeded to close the website and inform the recruiter that I would not be continuing my application. This review is mostly to let anyone that may care, in advance, that this is the kind of practice to expect from this company.
If you are ok with putting up with that, by all means go ahead, but as there are a lot of companies to apply to I see little reason to continue. At the same time, I had already received an offer from another company with a much more reasonable interview process.

Question 1
2 questions. 1 with an estimated time of 90 minutes, another with an estimated time of 240 minutes. I did not open either of them but they both appeared to be about building a small application.
Extremely unpleasant. Before even speaking to you, they expect you to do a 4-6 hour coding test for leetcode type problems that don't even apply to what a programmer would do day to day. Very bad experience. A normal company would not do things like this
