The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Give in May 2025
Interview
There were three rounds of interviews and three assignments as part of the selection process. The first was a preliminary round, followed by two more rounds that focused on the assignments I had submitted, my CV, and my understanding of CSR laws and projects in India. The assignments involved working with data, conducting secondary research, and designing a structured plan for a CSR project. The entire process was conducted online and was very well-structured.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Give in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was structured into multiple stages, each designed to assess different aspects of my skills, experience, and alignment with the role. It began with an initial HR screening, where I was evaluated on my background, qualifications, and overall fit for the organization. This was followed by an interview with a member of the program team, where we discussed my technical expertise, past projects, and problem-solving approach.
After successfully clearing this round, I was given an assignment to complete, which served as a practical assessment of my abilities and ability to execute tasks relevant to the role. Finally, I had a concluding interview with the COO, which focused on how I could contribute to the organization’s broader goals.
