      Cons

      Very few to no roles specifications on portals like this. Communities & groups on it are corely involved in diverting the real need of today flashing their monotonus positions with lumsum salary packages & experience which really dont work on the fact, junk emails clutter the inbox of the job seekers like me for more than 2 years or so.
