I overall enjoyed my experience interviewing here as the people that I met were friendly and I did not have to wait long to receive a decision. There was an initial 15-minute interview with a recruiter followed by a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
Initial call with recruiter who reviews your experience. This is followed by a call with the hiring manager for 45 min. If you proceed further, it moves to the management team

Can you provide what KPI are measured in your role
Screening call with the recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager, and a presentation to the hiring team.
Passing these phases there would be an additional call with a VP of Customer Success.
