20-30 mins zoom call with a few other candidates involving introductory questions about yourself followed by a brief intro to the company. They said that they’d be quick to get back in touch, and they were. Received an invitation to the follow up interview a couple of hours after the initial interview.

The first stage is a group interview on zoom that feels very vague and impersonal with no discussion of your salary. I got contacted for a second interview but turned it down after realising the role was 100% commission based which they fail to disclose

Interview
The interview process consists of two stages. The first "interview" was a 30-minute Zoom call focusing on the "interviewer" explaining the role and introducing the company. If you want a second interview, you must show passion for the job.
The second interview was almost the same as the first one but with more people in the Zoom call. You just need to reaffirm your passion for the job if you really want the position.
