Interviewed with distribution partner and had a positive experience, interview was a good two way conversation and I was advised I’d be put through to the next part of the process.
Budget was undertermined as to whether it would come from distribution partner or Gigamon so next step would be with Gigamon direct.
I had a conversation with talent acquisition and felt it went well, I was advised of next steps and that interviews would be arranged as part of the process but nothing, I was ghosted and ignored.
I emailed and requested an update and was told they were sending out an offer to a candidate and would be in touch if they didn’t move forward with the selected candidate.
The lack of communication and treating people with respect and dignity was null and void, they just expect you to use mystic powers to know that you are no longer in the running.
I don’t expect every job application to be responded to but I do expect common curtesy with regard to following up on conversations.
I would now hesitate to apply to any role here based on my treatment and would advise they improve their processes and standards as applicants are human beings and deserve to be treated better
