They seemed enthusiastic and professional at first but later they started acting weird. They lack internal communications and you have to do a lot of follow ups even after confirmation. The interview was relatively easy for me. They said that they would let me know and one day I receive a call from the hr saying that we want immediate joiners and will you be able to join immediately, this is after telling them multiple times that my notice period is 30 days and they saying that it's ok. When I tried to explain they said they'll get back to me and later stopped answering my calls. If you were not fine with my notice period you shouldn't have went ahead with it.

Round 1 - Introduce yourself, why this job, Guesstimate the number of cookers sold in india in a year. Few logical reasoning questions
Round 3 - Interview with Sahil. Tell me about yourself, why this job, where do you see yourself in 5 years, why join a startup etc. very basic and generic questions
Easy, Logical Questions. It's a common sense-based question. They judged you according to the logical answer you had given. Some assignments are also provided like excel and project plans. Be confident and try to be sensible. rest is easy.

How many pressure cookers can be sold in Pune in one month?
The irony is that I didn't apply for the position but got shortlisted somehow. It was not at all a good experience. The interview lasted for 2 hours with the interviewer joining 20-25 min late (at least a prior heads-up is necessary).
I remember applying for this position an year back around the same time in 2021. The assignment and interview was good but I didn't get selected. This position has been open since and I could see it in the first page of job listings for Pune city (which is weird because it shows the high attrition rate of this position, that's sad). Adding to this the GigIndia team is looking for 10/10 Ops Managers (process and structural thinking), there should be no scope of mistakes and rethinking while you take up projects (bad practice, overwhelms the candidate and is overall a bad approach).
