Un appel téléphonique puis un entretien avec le responsable RH, pas de question piège juste de l’humain et tout s’est bien passé, la personne avait même pensé à imprimer mon CV.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Get Satisfaction (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2012
Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews. Pretty thorough job, which is fine for vetting, but they did go on for a pretty long time. I understood why later after I found out that they had had quite a few issues with past designers and acquiring the right one for the job.

Question 1
The most difficult was getting the interviewers to understand very detailed concepts of previous product design work, but we got through it fine.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Get Satisfaction in Jul 2013
Interview
I did two phone screens followed by an in-person interview. I met with five team members, and thought I hit it off with most of them. The next week I was asked for references and about salary, and told that they'd let me know their decision by Friday. Then came total radio silence. They never called me with a decision as promised, and ignored my follow-up email. Disappointing that a company in the business of facilitating communication would treat applicants so rudely!

Question 1
I was asked to code some JavaScript on site, but otherwise the questions were non-technical.
