Interview process is very smooth over here, once you apply for the position then all the application reviewed by human resources, and then only respective field member take your interview to analyse your capacity, skills and set of parameters to work with divergent people.

They have a very smooth and clear interview process. First they have two technical rounds and last they have a HR interview. I have applied here and got the selection letter in just 2 rounds.
