Initial phone screen for about 2 minutes. Then a teams interview with the leader and another member of the team. Finally a presentation for a group of 6. They asked me to drive 4 hours to the headquarters for the presentation (not where the position would work out of) and then never followed up with a decline. After spending hours preparing and interviewing it would be a common courtesy to reach out and not send a generic email. This was also a very drawn out process where no timeframes given were followed.
