I was invited to interview for a role at Dimovtax and spent time preparing for the process. Unfortunately, my interview was cancelled twice due to internal hiring freezes, including one cancellation just a day before the scheduled meeting.
While I understand that business priorities and hiring needs can change, repeated last-minute cancellations can be discouraging for candidates who invest time and effort into preparation and scheduling. A more structured and considerate communication process would significantly improve the candidate experience.
I appreciate the initial opportunity and communication, but I hope the company can provide a more reliable and respectful interview process for future candidates.
