I had a very poor interview experience with this company. I had a first round interview with the Talent partner, which went well. She requested samples of my writing, including a request for me to write an executive summary document about their company. I spent two hours writing the executive summary and sent in the samples. Talent reached back out to schedule me for a second round interview with three people that I gladly accepted, and told me to take a personality test by 10pm Sunday night. She called back later and asked me if I was free on Monday to attend a seven-person executive panel interview at 5pm on Monday after my three person interview. I confirmed my availability and cleared my afternoon for the interviews. I promptly took the personality test before the weekend, and started to prepare for the interviews. I spent all day on Monday morning and afternoon getting ready and practicing for the group interviews. I hopped on my first interview call five minutes early to ensure preparedness, and waited on the call for several minutes. No one ever came. After a period of time, I checked my email and the talent partner sent me an email TWO MINUTES before my scheduled interview time advising me that my interviews had been cancelled due to the results of my personality assessment. The next day, I received an automated sales email from one of their reps trying to sell me their products. The lack of professionalism, respect, and consideration that this company showed me during the interview process was by far the worst experience I have had in the past six months of job hunting. Beware!
