El proceso de entrevista fue bastante positivo y bien estructurado. Consistió en tres llamadas: primero con RRHH, luego con el COO y el CEO, y finalmente una conversación más informal con el equipo. En total, duró aproximadamente dos semanas.

Basic interview questions + a cold call roleplay. The interview was as expected. But I think that in a entry level position, judging someone by just one call is a waste of potential. More rounds should be expected.

Tell me about yourself, why you and not other person, what are your strong skills...etc
The interview took place over a week more or less. Firstly I had a standard phone call with HR, and then I had a phone cold call session with one of the team. And lastly I had a video call with my now manager and went over some cold calls and went through standard interview questions
