1st stage was a 1hr call with HR manager 2nd stage was a case study with questionnaire, test is for 1hr 28minutes, around testing basics questions, and then sql queries with a case and asked few questioned to insert, delete, truncate and join etc, then finding defects on a case, then API testing related queries with multiple answers to choose from how testing should be carried out 3rd stage was: test manager and indian testing resource from india, call was supposed to be 1 hr but they took 1 hr 25 minutes, during this time they asked competency questions around the situation that would never occur no matter they would be happy, then few case study questions, few questions around my cv then they moved on to basic testing definition, they were not happy with examples though they sounded positive in the end they didn’t even bother to send an email saying i was not selected.
