Had an initial phone interview with recruiter. Then several weeks later interviewed with the two senior analysts on the team. Had what seemed to be a final round interview with the hiring manager about a month later. All three interviews went quite well and it seemed like it would be a good fit skill wise and socially with possible coworkers. However, I never heard back despite the enthusiasm from the recruiter and team. Really quite liked all of them which is the sad part.
In general the process was drawn out over about 2.5 months as the hiring team dragged their feet a bit. I think the recruiter didn't have time or thought it wasn't important enough to get back to me in the end, despite me emailing and calling about 2 weeks after. Was a bit surprised considering the candor during the interview process and the good reputation that the company has.
