A 2 step interview process that consists of 2 in person visits. You will meet with different people each time. They will explain the chain of events to you and how you enter at an entry level position.

Interview
It was a two day interview process. It seemed like they were really just trying to hire as many people as possible. Mostly personal questions and them talking about the DARE program.
Relaxed, and very friendly. Received an e-mail later the same day, asking me to do a 2nd interview the next day. That interview was just as good. Both interviewers were very professional, and seemed really interested in me.
