Very thorough interview process (3-4 steps). Interviewers are very knowledgeable. Prepare for common questions like "what are 5 traits you think you have that are necessary for this role", but also prepare for more niche questions and be very clear about your experiences and how it's helped get you to where you are.

2 rounds, HR and team setting. First with HR and then with someone in your department. Was relatively laid back and comfortable in the Toronto office. Everyone was very professional and made the hiring process very clear.

-Stage 1: a phone screening call to get information about you and your skills
- Stage 2: an in-person interview that goes through your personal traits and ideas about success. Additionally, the interviewer did not ask any technical questions.

They ask about your personality traits and what are some motivating and driving factors that really push you.
As the Business Development role begins in an entry-level capacity, we typically refrain from technical questions as no previous sales experience is required. We believe that to be successful in this role you must possess traits such as eagerness to learn, have an ambitious attitude, and be incredibly goal oriented. You are absolutely correct that majority of our questions focus on the individual and their values and motivations as opposed to sales technique.
