The process is Difficult but it is worth it as you have to crack interview with your experience knowledge and they will check your core knowledge. There are 5 Rounds of Interview starting would be telephonic and then proceed further with HR. Interview , Technical Round where your knowledge is checked and than go for practical round final interview round and than you are selected
