Gembrill Technologies interview questions

I applied through naukri.my profile was shortlisted. HR asked me to come for a skype meeting . He is talking so nicely after some personal question he told that I was selected and qualify for next round. On 2nd round another HR came and he explain about the night shift process and told that they are not guarantee for the safety. so I reject the offer letter.

It is a small organisation and was easily accessible. There are nearly 100 employees working in that building, quite tough to work there for people who earlier worked in huge MNCs. More opportunities can be sought there since its mainly US based. Its CMMI level 5 company, there are lot of learning opportunity there and the pay is fine.
