Interview
I applied via LinkedIn. Was contacted rather soon after by their internal recruiter. We talked and set up internal interviews. They liked my experience and skill and we moved quickly to other colleague interviews. Beginning to end, apply to interviews to offer to start date was 5 weeks.

Question 1
Asked for an extra week of PTO, but was told no one gets more than 3 weeks.
Ghost you after interview process. You will have to email severally to get a response. And the response will be condescending as well! They neither provide feedbacks or responses. The whole process is just antiquated.
Screen interview, then the manager interview, follows Panel Interview with I believe four current employees that would interact with the position I was interviewing for. It took a while to follow back up with me but assume we are in a pretty competitive hiring practices.
