I went through one screening call and three interviews following that. All four calls were behavioral in nature. Following talking about my experiences, the interviewers asked about questions I had. In each instance, the interviewer would ask what questions I had only 10-15 minutes leaving about half the interview to answer my questions. During the fourth round interview, I told the VP about my academic scholarships and was asked if it was because of my race. I repeated that these awards were academic and that I was white. The interview process suddenly and unexplainably ended after I was told to hear back about the next steps.
