The process took 1 week. I spoke with 1 recruiter on a Monday, a 2nd recruiter on Wednesday, they flew me down Thursday, I interviewed Friday and was offered the job on that same friday. Very simple process in my opinion but extremely fast.
Over the phone role play is a bit tough but just be yourself and actively listen.
Introduction call with talent team. 2 x roleplay where you must build on feedback with panel interview and presentation of your why, goals, motivations. Roughly 4 stages across a month

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
