I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Gartner (Austin, TX)
Interview
Lengthy - too many rounds. Lose sight of the goal which ultimately is are you the right person for the job not a good interviewer in their format which is very subjective based on the interviewer.
Difficult but a great experience to sharpen the saw. Be prepared.
Where I lost respect for them was ghosting. Lack of transparency while claiming it. “We are waiting on the hiring manager to get back into office to schedule you” followed by a sudden “the position has been filled” - actually happened TWICE!
Interview had 3 stages. the last one with your VP, you had to roleplay. Recruitment will prepare you thoroughly for the process. With some prep it is doable. very generic,
