Interview
The recruiter look at least 10 days to reply to any communication. He mispronounced my name consistently, and spoke with poor grammar 'when you was working at XXX, what was your experience'. After spending a significant amount of time preparing for interview, I never heard back from him after the interview. He also did not turn on his camera throughout the interview which felt extremely rude; when I asked if I should also turn mine off he said 'yeah if you want'. He was extremely unprofessional and negative during the interview, asking only what I had done badly, or regretted, or when I had been criticised. After the interview it was clear that I would not want to work for a company that employed someone like my recruiter, but to receive no word about the outcome is still highly disrespectful.

2. Behavioural-based interview questions
3. Roleplay exercise
They have reached out to me for a job every year and I have interviewed with them 2 times and have never made it past the 1st interview. Confused why a recruiter reaches out to me anymore?
It was long and rigorous, often feeling extremely high pressure, with not a lot of constructive criticism. There are 5 rounds and each with a role-play. It's safe to say this is not an easy interview process. I'm not sure how they do their prospecting, but I was apparently a 'great fit' for the role - didn't show that enthusiasm during our calls.
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.
