The interview process took about 4 weeks. Started with a recruiter contacting. Then had another phone interview with an HR manager. That phone call consisted of a mock sales call. The next interview was in person. I had to do a reach back about the company, and another mock sales call with a panel of 3 people. Be prepared for both. Ask list of questions.
Introduction call with talent team. 2 x roleplay where you must build on feedback with panel interview and presentation of your why, goals, motivations. Roughly 4 stages across a month

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
