I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Gartner
Interview
The process was very unprofessional and not handled well at all. The recruiter no-showed the first phone screen and eventually got back to me hours later about rescheduling. Our second scheduled phone screen, the recruiter was 10 minutes late. Once we finally connected, she cut me off after maybe 4 minutes, said I was not qualified for the position, and ended the call. I expected a lot more from a company like Gartner. Maybe it was the particular recruiter who was assigned to me, but overall, it left a really bad taste in my mouth how I was treated.
They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.
We had a zoom call to discuss role and experience, although I did not fit the role in their opinion I got al the feedback I could ask for in further conversations over text.

What do you know about the company, have your pitch ready.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner (Boston, MA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
