Interview
The first round interview was very easy and accommodating. They reached out quickly for a next round interview. However, during the second round interview the interviewer seemed fairly disinterested and the process felt rushed overall. I did not receive any communications afterwards.
Gartner’s intern selection process involves online application screening, an aptitude or technical assessment, followed by one or two interview rounds assessing skills, problem-solving, communication, and cultural fit before extending the final offer.
Three stage interview, all phone screens. Mostly behavioral questions with a few questions regarding technical capabilities, particularly focused on research experience as it relates to the role. I believe there were 4 rounds in total for this position.

very draining, the interviewer seemed disinterested, had too many rounds (we had 4 rounds in a single day). the HR round was very vague, aptitude was difficult for an intern position.
