Interview
3 step process. Recruiter first For 30 mins. Followed by a 1HR behavioral interview. Final phase was 30 mins with Hiring Manager, 30 Minutes with skip level VP, followed by a 1 hour role play and feedback from a pre-provided scenario. Prep time was key and asking questions and more questions to uncover possible sales opportunities WITHOUT selling anything.

Quite a long process - well organised and mapped out with several behavioural questions taking majority of the time. Overall I found the process very different to previous companies with Gartner very keen to show you are following their prompts in the prep material.

Recruiter reached out, then joined the call with a completely disinterested demeanor from the jump. This person was recently at a different company and clearly not accustomed to enterprise sales.

The first few rounds were very informative and mainly covered my background to ensure I was a suitable fit for the role but I eventually decided to pull out of the process and commit to other options.
