Interview
Challenging interview process.
- One phone interview with an HR screener who asks general things but is looking for succinct answers.
- Second phone interview with an HR recruiter
- Third phone interview with the hiring manager. Typical questions on getting to know you and about previous experience, looking for culture fit.
- Fourth panel interview with VP, Director and hiring manager. Discovery meeting roleplay. Be sure and satisfy any objections that may come up about you, your technique or your findings.

Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
